Orders are shipped within 24 hours (Monday-Friday). If we are not able to ship within that time, we will notify you by e-mail. Your satisfaction is guaranteed!
How is shipping figured?
We ship both UPS and USPS. You will choose the shipping method. Shipping is based on weight and destination. We use the published UPS or USPS rates, please note Pepper Sprays must be shipped by ground only. We cannot ship pepper sprays or stun guns out of the country.
How long does it take to receive an order?
We try to ship the same day we receive the order. We ship mostly with UPS to better track your shipment.
