Our Mirror Polishing Process

Achieving the signature mirror polish on every DARSON FORGE blade is a meticulous process that reflects our commitment to quality and craftsmanship.

First, each stainless steel blade is thoroughly cleaned and prepped, with all rough and damaged areas carefully smoothed. We use up to 2000-grit sandpaper at speeds reaching 6500 RPM to create the perfect foundation for polishing.

Next, multiple grades of abrasive compounds are applied to bring out an intense, reflective shine that enhances both beauty and function. This detailed process not only delivers an exceptionally bright finish but also makes the blade easier to clean and maintain.

While time-consuming, this process ensures that every DARSON FORGE mirror-polished blade stands out for its brilliance and quality.
